What is a general house cleaning?

We schedule services on a daily, weekly, monthly or as needed basis.

Our general house cleaning includes:

    1. Bathrooms: clean, sanitize, and deodorize toilets, sinks, showers and/or tubs (vacuum any residue and sand), clean all surfaces, mirrors and polish all chrome fixtures.
    2. Kitchens: wipe down cabinet faces, clean all countertops, exterior of all appliances, interior of microwave, scour sinks, and polish stainless steel. Vacuum flooring and follow with wet mopping. Empty trash.
    3. Dust furniture, glass, woodwork, fans and light fixtures. Remove spider webs, and pet hair. Vacuum under sofa cushions.
    4. Vacuum all carpeted and non-carpeted areas, including stairs. Follow with wet mopping.
    5. Clean glass on main entrance.

Pricing is based on an hourly rate of $40 per employee per hour, and represents average times spent in the property size described above.

Spring Cleaning

What is a spring cleaning?

A spring-cleaning is a deep house cleaning.

Spring cleaning service includes:

    1. Bathrooms: clean, sanitize, and deodorize toilets, sinks, showers and/or tubs (vacuum any residue and sand), clean all surfaces, mirrors, interiors and exteriors of cabinets, and polish all chrome fixtures.
    2. Kitchen: clean all countertops, interior and exterior of cabinets, appliances, refrigerator, and scour and polish sinks.
    3. Dust all furniture, move and clean behind and under all movable furniture, fans and fixtures.
    4. Vacuuming blinds and window treatments.
    5. Remove all spider webs.
    6. Clean all baseboards and woodwork.
    7. Vacuum all carpeted and non-carpeted flooring. Follow with wet mopping.
    8. Empty all trash and recyclables

Above pricing are estimations only. Please call to schedule an appointment, which the actual cost will be determined by the man/hours required to complete the job.
Prices may differ if your home has multiple kitchen, living areas, wood flooring, pets and frequency of cleaning.
