Bettina is such a doll and she truly seems to care about the work that BTS does. I was also pleasantly surprised that she was able to offer more technical advice regarding how I can improve my existing shower so that it stays cleaner. I've used BTS for years...around 10. They're always prompt, my house is spotless when I get home from work and the owner is very quick to remedy any issue or work on any suggestion that arises. They come every two weeks and I don't know what I'd do without them! Great service all around! Highly recommend!!

I can't thank Bettina and BTS enough for the incredible job they did cleaning my dad's condo. Dad is 88 and, until recently, had been caring for a step-daughter with serious medical issues. As such, cleaning had been neglected. Bettina came in and cleaned everything from top to bottom, including carpets, and was so kind and considerate. We have used BTS for close to 10 years. Whenever we have been less than satisfied, the situation has been quickly remedied. This is a year round business which like many businesses in the shore resort areas, suffers from having to hire untested staff to ramp up for significant surges in demand. Therefore there can be glitches in quality. We have always had a good relationship with the owner, whom we have found to be passionate about doing a good job.

We have used BTS for the 4 years we have owned our condo at Seapointe Village. While we do not live at Seapointe full time, BTS does care for our condo monthly on the off season and more often during the summer season. They have our key and we have had no worries about their access to our unit.

We have really been very pleased with the flexibility of BTS to service our unit in the high summer season when we need ad hoc services and change to weekly mid stream depending on our families needs. They find a way to accommodate us and don't say no. They shift gears for us last minute and find a way to accommodate us. It can't be more appreciated!

When I unlock our doors and see the wood floors spotless, the kitchen cleaned, the carpets vacuumed, the sofas and cushions vacuumed from the sand, the glass and the mirrors clean and shining, and the rolls of TP on the spindles tucked and pointed like I am on a cruise ship, I am a very happy customer.

I've had many cleaning services and always just "settled" for their level of clean. Excused it as better than what I could do...
